Food is my passion. I learned how to cook from my grandma who had a chicken soup stand in Mexico. My mom used to send us there to sell soup and fresh fruits which inspired me to open my own business. I started my first business in Mexico selling chicken, and when I came to the U.S. I wanted to start a business here too. I opened Siete Salsas Restaurant in 2003.All of our food is homemade and prepared fresh that day. It is a dream that I am now here and able to sell grilled chicken to people in my community.
