I’ve been in this industry since 2001. When I first came to Colorado, I was offered a job at a Mexican Restaurant which I decided to try because I didn’t know how to cook. In 2018, I finally opened my restaurant on Federal Blvd. I chose this area because Federal is a bustling street, with a high Hispanic population that is strong and iconic.It was very hard for us to keep our business open during the pandemic, but I can say that we succeeded in keeping it open! I say that an open business is a success today!I want people to know that Thursdays are “Family’s Day” and that we always serve and make food with love.
