Our family has been in the restaurant business for over 30 years. Similar to other immigrant stories, my husband, daughter, and I came to Colorado from China in the early 1990s with just a few dollars in our pocket to pursue a better life and future. With the help of good friends, we got our start at Chinese restaurants. My husband became a chef passionate about making delicious food, and I worked many front-of-the-restaurant jobs while studying English part-time. Imperial Dragon is our third restaurant in Colorado since we moved to Denver, and we run it with our son, Jacky. We love sharing our Chinese culture through the food we make and delighting our customers with unique flavors and the best fresh quality ingredients.
