I was born and raised in Chihuahua, Mexico and ended up marrying my neighbor Luis Raul when he was 20 and I was 19. My husband and I decided to try our luck and immigrate to Colorado in August 2000. I worked for a few years at the Cosmovida Natural Store in Denver and then decided to open my own business in August, 2019 in the property where I’m located now. Westwood is a good neighborhood where my husband and I live in a little house we bought.Naturopathic medicine, also known as natural medicine, is a branch of alternative health where professionals are dedicated to treating, curing, and preventing different pathologies, ailments, or discomforts. I like to help people with their health problems. I also want people who do not know me to call me and I hope that I can help them with natural medicine because it is costly to see the doctor, especially if they don’t have health insurance. I get to learn a little everyday because of my work. For example, I have been able to distinguish that women suffer more than men from hormonal problems which can cause hot flashes and depression. Fortunately, there are herbal plants that can help relieve some of these things.
