Road to Nutrition

In 2003 I moved to Colorado from Puebla, Mexico. When I first arrived here, I worked in the construction industry.

I was suffering from obesity and being overweight and that’s what led me to seek a solution. I received the opportunity to learn about these nutrition supplements and products and took the chance on them and because my results were so dramatic I felt the need to share what I’ve learned with others and used that motivation to start my own business. Ever since I lost weight I’ve felt much better about myself and my confidence and I want to share that with others because it worked for me.

I chose this location because it is a neighborhood with a high percentage of Latino residents and a high concentration of youth.

Something that my wife and I like about this program is the fact that we can coach people into a healthier lifestyle and a better quality of life. We offer exercise plans and programs so people can work on their mental, physical, and spiritual health.

Parents are welcome to bring their children to participate in activities and enjoy the process of creating a healthier lifestyle together. It’s also a great way to connect with one another. I do this because I truly care about my community, and therefore, I am doing this work because I want my community to make positive life changes to improve their health and habits.
